Minced Meat and Bread Kabab Cooking Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat half kg
  • Eggs 2 nos
  • Small bread 1 no
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • Ghee 100 grams
  • Crushed seasoning 2 tola
  • Vinegar 50 grams
  • Bread crumb small quantity
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add seasoning salt and pepper into minced meat. Meanwhile soak bread pieces into water.
  2. When minced meat is well
  3. kneaded then add bread pieces after removing their water and leave this mixture for half an hour.
  4. Prepare rounded balls of chopped minced meat and fill small spoon of chopped spices and serve them after frying on a low flame into ghee.
